摘　　要：提高农业信息网站服务质量是有效解决农业信息化发展瓶颈的方法之一。科学的网站服务质量评价,可以提高用户获取信息的效率,同时网站设计者通过了解影响其服务质量的主要因素,可以优化网站资源配置。参考服务质量管理的有关原理和已有的指标设计方法,构建了一个农业信息网站服务质量评价通用模型,利用R型系统聚类法探索描述性指标项优化问题,以避免指标项之间存在的相关、重复情况,最后以40个茶叶信息网为实验对象进行数据采集与分析,构建农业信息网站服务质量评价影响因素的多元回归模型,得出在信息服务系统构建过程中影响信息服务质量的重要因素。To improve agricultural information website service quality is one of the effective methods to solve the bottleneck in the development of agricultural informatization. Objective and scientific evaluation of website can enhance efficiency for users to access information; at the same time it can help web designers to optimize the website resource allocation by understanding the influence factor of service quality. The author proposed an evaluation model of agriculture information website information service quality, with reference to the principle and index design method of service quality management, using R clustering method to explore the descriptive index selection and optimization problem, so as to avoid the related and repeated index. Finally, the author took 40 tea informations net as the experimental object for data collection and analysis, in order to establish the regression model of service quality evaluation of agricultural information websites, drew a conclusion that the important factors influencing the quality of information service in the process of constructing informationservice system.
