摘 要:为了探讨菌种和辅料对鸡粪堆肥效果的影响,试验以鸡粪和木屑、稻壳为发酵原料,分别添加酵母菌和乳酸菌,研究菌种和辅料对鸡粪发酵过程中温度、大肠杆菌群数和臭味的变化。结果发现:(1)添加酵母菌组的发酵最高温度达到67.6℃,比乳酸菌组高6.9℃,且酵母组发酵温度在55℃以上持续了16天,比乳酸菌组多5天,两组均高于对照组(55.9℃和5天);(2)添加木屑组的发酵最高温度比稻壳组高2.2℃,55℃以上的持续时间多3天;(3)酵母菌组、乳酸菌组的粪中大肠杆菌的数量由105个/g下降到102个/g,其粪臭味分别在第7天和第8天消失。因此,在该试验条件下,在鸡粪中添加酵母菌和木屑的堆肥发酵效果是最好的。In order to study the influence of bacteriaandaccessoriesof chicken manure compost, theexperiment was conducted to study the changes of temperature,Escherichia coli numbers and the odor duringchicken manure compost by adding sawdust, rice husk, yeast and lactic acid bacteria respectively. Theresults showed that:(1) The highest fermented temperature of yeast group reached 67.6℃, 6.9℃ higher than inlactic acid bacteria group, and the fermented time lasted 16 days over 55℃, 5 days more than in lactic acidbacteria group, which better than in control group(55.9℃,5 days);(2) The highest fermented temperature insawdust group 2.2℃ higher than in rice husk group,and time lasted 3 days more than in rice husk group over55℃;(3) The number of E. coli was reduced from 105 to 102per gram in yeast group and lactic acid bacteriagroup. The odor was disappeared respectively in 7thand 8thday. The effects showed that yeast and sawdust werebest for chickenmanure compost in the experiment.
