摘  要:将硝酸铜、硝酸锌和助剂等混合溶液在适宜条件下与沉淀剂并流进行共沉淀,沉淀物洗涤过滤,滤饼经120℃干燥4h,500℃焙烧4h,压片成型制备出一种用于丁辛醇装置副产杂醇加氢精制的具有高抗杂质能力的DAH型气相加氢催化剂,并在某厂60 kt·a-杂醇加氢装置进行工业应用试验,进料量为7.5t·h-1,反应压力0.45 MPa,热点温度(180 ~210)℃.结果表明,经加氢处理后,粗醇中的不饱和物含量大大减少,粗醇中丁醇+辛醇质量分数为92.5%,优于≥90%的协议指标,催化剂综合性能完全满足工业使用要求.DAH catalyst for gas-phase hydrogenation of by-product fusel from butyl octyl alcohol device was prepared via parallel current co-precipitation method by adding the precipitator into the mixing solution of cupric nitrate,zinc nitrate and the assistant under the appropriate condition,washing and filtering the obtained precipitate,and then drying the filter cake at 120 ℃ for 4 h and calcining at 500 ℃ for 4 h,and finally forming the tablets.Its commercial application tests were carried out in a 60 kt · a-1 fusel hydrogenation device of a certain plant under the condition of feeding flow 7.5 t · h-1,reaction pressure 0.45 MPa and hot-spot temperature (180-210) ℃.The experimental results showed that the content of unsaturates in the crude alcohol was greatly reduced after hydrotreating,and the mass fraction of butanol +octanol in crude alcohol was 92.5%,higher than the agreement index ≥90%.The performance of DAH catalyst fully met the requirements of commercial application.
