摘 要:研制了一台被动箝位蠕动式直线压电驱动器专用驱动电源。电源电路主要由信号发生电路、升压电路和斩波电路组成。信号发生电路采用51单片机作为核心元件,实现3路频率可调的控制信号。升压电路基于反激式开关电源的工作原理将低压直流转换为高压直流,实现输出电压的连续调节。斩波电路采用半桥斩波的方法将升压电路的输出电压进行斩波,产生驱动器控制电压,实现驱动器的运动控制。A kind of special driving power of inverse clamping inchworm motor was designed in this paper with the characteristics of small volume and light weight.It was made up of signal generation circuit,flyback switching circuit and chopper circuit.The micro control system (MCS) 51 series singlechip was used as the core of signal generation circuit which can generate 3 controlling signals.The flyback switching circuit was used to convert low DC voltage to high DC voltage and the output voltage can be continuously modulated.The chopper circuit was selected to realize the driving voltage of inverse clamping inchworm motor by chopping the output voltage of flyback switching circuit.Ultimately the designed driving power was applied to drive an inverse clamping piezoelectric motor.
