摘　　要：介绍绒类针织物的生产原理,包括原料种类与规格、织造种类与方法、后整理方法与工艺流程等。在了解绒类针织物生产方法以及纹理相关知识后,根据织物表面纹理特征将绒类针织物进行分类,即长毛绒、中长毛绒和短毛绒。重点阐述绒类针织物纹理库的建立,包括不同种类的绒类针织物纹理图像的采集、纹理图像的处理、纹理图像的命名及如何对纹理图像进行存储,建立了绒类针织物纹理图像数据库。本文建立的包含织物图像及特征的绒类针织物纹理库,能够帮助绒类产品生产企业建立良好的产品信息数据库,有利于织物图像的检索和调取,对于在针织物CAD软件中实现绒类针织物的仿真模拟具有重要意义。In this paper, firstli the production methods of pile knitted fabrics are introduced, including material types and specifications, knitting types and methods, finishing methods and technological process. Secondly, the pile knitted fabrics are classified iased on the texture characteristics, including long-plush, middle-long plush and short-plush. Thirdly, the establishment of pile knitted fabric texture library is described in detail, including thecollection of different kinds of pilt knitted texture images, image processing, image naming and storage. The texture library made in this paper ca~ help the pile knitted fabric producing enterprises establish good product information database, which are of gre4t significance for pile knitted fabric simulation by using CAD software.
