摘　　要：《伤寒论》中的方约而多验,条文简而难通,后世医家通过对其的研习与展开,使得整个医学变的更丰富。冉雪峰是研究伤寒颇有心得的一位医家,本文通过对其医案的分析,浅谈他如何在临床中应用仲景的思想。The prescriptions of Treaties of Febrile Diseases are highly efficacious, but the academic thinking are difficult to understand. Many traditional chinese physicians learn and develope Zhongjing scholar thoughts that allow them to better TCM theory and clinical. The paper analysis of Ran Xue Feng medical record to show Ran xuefeng＇ s artists of using Zhongjing scholar thoughts in clinic.
