摘　　要：从咨询内容、服务对象、服务承诺、服务模式4个方面比较了北京大学图书馆、清华大学图书馆、武汉大学图书馆的参考咨询系统,重点对这3所高校图书馆的服务模式进行了比较分析,提出了参考咨询系统服务模式的优化建议。This paper compares the reference service systems of Beijing University Library, Tsinghua University Library and Wuhan University Library from four aspects of reference contents, service objects, service commitments and service modes, and emphatically makes a comparative analysis on the service modes of the three university libraries, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the service mode of reference service system.
