摘　　要：随着对教育信息化重要性认识的加强和对教育信息化研究与应用的深入,大家对信息化校园的期望也越来越高。智慧校园地出现,实实在在地提高了信息化水平,在一定程度上满足了这种期望,回应了政策层面的要求。然而当前对智慧校园的研究,在理念层面的表现不尽如人意,存在想当然、简单化的倾向。该文通过梳理研究现状尤其是对参考模型的解析,基于智慧校园智慧性设计的构成要素和智慧表现,对智慧性设计的理论基础和方法、原则进行阐述,并提出了一个以用户为中心的改进的智慧校园参考模型,为当前的智慧校园研究提供一定的参考。With the deeper understanding of the importance of education informatization and further research and application of education informatization, the expectation of informatized campus becomes higher and higher. In reality, the emergence of smart campus heightened the level of informatization, fulfilled the expectation and met the political demand to some extent. Nevertheless, the research on wisdom campus is far from being satisfactory in the perspective of notion. It had been taken for granted and simplified. Based on the summary of the current researches and the analysis of the reference model, connected with the components of the wise design of the smart campus and its wise manifestation, the paper expatiates on the theoretical foundation, methods and principles of the wise design and brings forward an ameliorated, user-centered reference model of smart campus.
