摘　　要：文章介绍了通用CPU模块自动测试设备的硬件选型和适配器电路设计,以及基于CS结构采用Lab Windows/CVI为开发工具的软件开发方法。该测试设备能够完成通用CPU模块的隔离测试和在板自测试,并将测试结果以报表形式输出。This text introduces the hardware choice and adapter＇s circuit design of the automatic test system for general CPU module, as well as the software development method based on CS structure, which takes Lab Windows/CVI as the development tool. The test system can complete the isolation test and built in test of CPU module, the whole test results are displayed with report forms.
