摘　　要：设计了符合LXI标准的LXI数字多用表。该仪器在硬件电路上采用模块化结构设计,将LXI数字多用表分为LXI接口模块和功能模块。LXI接口模块以AT91RM9200为核心,实现网络通信和对功能模块控制的功能,功能模块主要完成信号调理、功能与量程的切换以及模数转换的功能。接着介绍了该仪器的软面板、IVI-COM驱动程序以及ARM主控制程序的设计。最后利用FLUKE5520A对LXI数字多用表进行校准,并对校准后的LXI数字多用表进行了测试以及数据分析,测试结果显示该数字多用表的测量精度达到五位半。This paper has designed the LXI digital multimeter which meets the LXI standard. The hardware circuit contains LXI interface module and function module. LXI interface module which based on ATglRM9200 accomplishes the functions of network and control for the function module. And the function module achieves the functions of signal conditioning, switching of function and range and the conversion of analog to digital. Then this paper introduces the designs of the soft panel of LXI digital multimeter, IVI-COM driver and ARM main control program. Finally, using FLUKE5520A to calibrate LXI Digital multimeter and the result shows that the accuracy of the LXI digital multimeter meets the target.
