假性紫罗兰酮β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺研究

摘  要:利用超声法制备了假性紫罗兰酮β-环糊精包合物。在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验确定了β-环糊精对假性紫罗兰酮包合的最佳工艺条件为:假性紫罗兰酮与β-环糊精质量比1∶4,包合温度40℃,超声时间60 min。在此条件下假性紫罗兰酮β-环糊精包合物的包合率达到83.89%。验证试验表明,该工艺切实可行,重现性好。采用紫外分光光度法、红外光谱法对包合物进行了结构表征。Pseudo ionone β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by the ultrasonic wave method. The optimum process conditions were determined by the orthogonal experiment based on the single factor experiment as follows: mass ratio of pseudo ionone to β-cyclodextrin 1/4, the inclusion temperature 40℃, ultrasound time 60 min. Under this condition, the inclusion rate of pseudo ionone β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex reached to 83.89%. The verifying test showed that this process was feasible and had good reproducibility. The structure of the inclusion complex was characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy method and infrared spectroscopy method.
