摘　　要：当代中国"医改"正处于爬坡过坎的紧要关口,许多问题相互交织、叠加呈现,坚持"问题导向",关键在于发现问题、正视问题,通过实施创新驱动、转型优化和吸纳社会资源,走出"医疗卫生事业属于公益性性质、也必须是政府投资"这条"红线"的误区,从而探索一条建设"智慧式"研究型医院发展之路。Facing with the environment of healthcare reform and the status of interweaving of all kinds of problems, the key measure is to find out problem and solve problem. By innovation, improved transformation and introducing social resources, government directly operates hospital can be changed as government provides hospital service, which can explore a way on building intelligence research hospital development strategy.
