柳氮磺吡啶维持治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和对比柳氮磺吡啶口服肠溶片和肠溶胶囊在溃疡性结肠炎(uc)维持治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法将210例uc患者,在利用柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗缓解后随机分为柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗组(A组110例)和肠溶胶囊治疗组(B组100例)做维持治疗,观察期12周,每隔4周进行疗效、安全性评估。结果维持治疗第4、8、12周持续有效比例分别为68.38%和69%、65.45%和66%、63.63%和64.13%,组间疗效无差异;第12周时疗效低于第4周时(P<0.05)。结论柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片和肠溶胶囊对uc的长期维持治疗的有效性和安全性较好。Objective To compare the curative effect and safety of sulfasalazine enteric tablets and enteric capsule in the maintenance treatment of ulcerative colitis （UC） .Methods 210 cases of UC after being given sulfasalazine enteric tablets were randomly divided into the treatment group of sulfasalazine enteric tablets （Group A of 110 cases） and the group of enteric capsule （Group B of 100 cases ） for maintenance treat-ment .The observation period was 12 weeks ,and the curative effect and safety were assessed every 4 weeks .Results In the 4th ,8th and 12th weeks ,the continuous effective rates were 68 .38% ,65 .45% and 63 .63% respectively in Group A and 69% ,66% 、63 .63% and 64 .13% respectively in Group B .The cura-tive effect in the 12th week was found lower than that in the 4th weeks （ P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion Sul-fasalazine enteric tablets and enteric capsule ？can produce good curative effect and safety after long-term maintenance treatment of UC .
