摘　　要：目的探讨99Tcm-MDP全身骨显像与血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)诊断前列腺癌骨转移的临床价值。方法对60例经临床确诊的前列腺癌患者行99Tcm-MDP全身骨显像及血清PSA测定,并对骨转移与PSA水平进行相关性分析。结果前列腺癌患者骨转移的发生率为72.5%。前列腺癌骨转移组和非骨转移组患者的PSA水平比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。随着骨显像分级升高,血清PSA水平逐渐升高,且两者呈正相关。PSA>20 ng/ml时患者骨转移发生率为90.7%,而PSA≤20 ng/ml时,患者骨转移发生率为35.3%。结论 99Tcm-MDP全身骨显像与血清PSA联合检测对前列腺癌的临床诊断具有重要指导意义,血清PSA水平与前列腺癌骨转移程度呈正相关。Objective Discussion ^99Tc^m-MDP whole body bone scan and serum prostate-specific antigen（PSA） clinical value of diagnosis of prostate cancer with bone metastasis. Method In 60 cases of clinically diagnosed prostate cancer patients underwent whole body bone imaging and serum PSA determination, and the bone metastasis and PSA levels by correlation analysis. Result Prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis rate was 72.5%. There is a significant difference between the level of PSA prostate cancer bone metastasis group and non bone metastasis group（P〈0.05）. Along with the bone imaging grading increased, the level of serum PSA increased gradually, and the correlation between. PSA 〉20 ng/ml in patients with bone metastasis rate was 90.7%, and PSA ≤ 20 ng/ml, the incidence rate of 35.3% prostate cancer bone metastasis. Conclusion ^99Tc^m-MDP whole body bone imaging combined with serum PSA test has important guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer.
