摘  要:现代社会,高校教师作为施教主体,扮演着培养青年一代健康成长的重要角色,但高校竞争激烈,再加之职业本身的高强度与高压力,教师群体极易产生情绪低落、职业倦怠及情感疏离等职业生涯忧郁现象,如此不仅影响正常的教学效果,同时也影响教师的身心健康.因此,关注教师群体的职业生涯忧郁,同时从高校和教师两方面入手采取相应措施,诸如加强组织内部沟通、创造平等晋升机会,以及开展心理疏导活动等,对于解决教师的职业生涯忧郁问题都有很大的作用.Nowadays, college teachers, as the teaching subject, play an important role in cultivating the healthy growth of the youths. However, with the high competition in colleges and universities and the high strength and pressure of the occupation, the teacher group lead to an occupational depression phenomenon easily, such as low spirits, occupational burnout, affective alienation and so on. It not only influences the normal teaching effect, but also the healthy mind and body. Therefore, it is very helpful to pay close attention to the occupational depression of the teacher group and take measures from colleges and teachers, such as strengthening the internal communication of the organization, creating equal competitive opportunities, carrying out psychological counseling activities and so on.
