摘　　要：2010年,专业硕士研究生教育被列入国家中长期人才发展规划纲要和教育发展规划纲要,充分体现了国家对于专业硕士研究生教育的高度重视。但现实中全日制专业硕士的招生、就业等都面临相当大的困难,究其原因,主要是专业硕士研究生社会认可度、教育模式、培养条件等存在一些不足,对其招生、培养质量和就业等产生了消极的影响,因此寻找助推专业硕士研究生发展的对策显得尤为重要。In 2010 , professional master education was included in China′s Medium-and Long -Term Talent Development Plan and Education Development Program,which embodied the government′s high stress on it.However,the full-time professional master education is confronted with many difficulties in enrollment and employment.Various reasons account for it,such as the low social approval degree and some deficiencies in education model and cultivation condition.The essay seeks to put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of full-time professional master education from these aspects such as system design,teach-ing staff construction,development of students′professional practical ability,connection between talent cultiva-tion and professional qualifications,and strengthening the enterprise intervention.
