大学生职业素养教育现状及其路径探析

摘　　要：大学生的职业素养的缺失对企业发展的影响越来越大,同时制约了大学生个人的职业发展。除了社会环境的影响和学生个人态度外,大学教育自身的缺陷是大学生职业素养缺失的主要原因。结合职业素养缺失的现状和原因,分析思考了提升大学生职业素养教育和改革大学生职业素养教育的有效路径。College Students′lack of professional accomplishment has a great impact to development of en-terprises.At the same time,it restricts the college students′personal development.Besides the social environ-ment and personal attitude,the deficiency of college education is another main reason.Combined the present situation and reasons of the lacking of professional accomplishment,the paper analyses the education of pro-moting students′professional accomplishment and the effective approach to reforming it.
