摘　　要：涉海类院校实施准军事化管理已有50多年的历史，对培养航运人才的综合素质，提高航海教育质量起到了重要的保障作用。文章剖析了我校准军事化管理工作中存在的问题，提出了针对性对策，以期更好地培养高素质航海人才。It has over 50 years history for marine colleges and universities to implement paramilitary management. It plays an important role for the cultivation of shipping talent with comprehensive quality. The article analyzes the problems existing in paramilitary management and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to cultivate highquality talents in the field of navigation.
