人本主义教育观下高职院校学生管理工作的思考

摘　　要：由于历史沿革、外部环境及学生管理工作者自身的认知局限等原因导致目前高职院校学生管理工作存在诸多弊端。文章在对当前高职院校学生管理工作的现状进行剖析的基础上，从人本主义教育观视角，对高职院校学生管理工作进行了思考。There are many problems in higher vocational student management due to the factors such as the historical development, outside environment and self-cognitive limitation of the student supervisors. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the paper puts forward the thoughts on the student management in higher vocational colleges from the humanism education perspective.
