单侧完全性唇裂同期鼻整形联合鼻撑矫形效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨单侧完全性唇裂同期鼻整形联合鼻撑矫形效果的评价效果。方法分析武汉大学人民医院2013年12月-2014年2月收治的单侧完全性唇裂64例患儿临床资料，分为对照组（未进行鼻整形联合鼻撑矫形，24例）和观察组（进行鼻整形联合鼻撑矫形，40例）。观察两组患儿鼻孔高度、宽度、鼻翼长度、鼻基部长度、鼻偏曲度、鼻翼唇峰距、鼻翼口角距非对称率、鼻尖偏离度情况。结果观察组鼻孔高度、宽度、鼻翼长度、鼻基部长度、鼻偏曲度、鼻翼唇峰距、鼻翼口角距非对称率及鼻尖偏离度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论单侧完全性唇裂同期鼻整形联合鼻撑矫形效果明显，预后良好，值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect evaluation of unilateral cleft lip nose support by orthopedic combined with rhinoplasty. Methods From December 2013 to February 2014, in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, the data of 64 children with unilateral cleft lip nose were analyzed and divided into two groups, the control group （not given nose surgery rhinoplasty and orthopedic group, 24 cases） and the observation group （given nose surgery rhinoplasty and or-thopedic group, 40 cases）. The dissymmetry rates of nose height, width nose length, nasal base length, nasal deviation curve, nose lip peak distance, nose angle distance and the nasal deviation of two groups were detected. Results The Nose height, width nose length, nasal base length, nasal deviation curve, nose lip peak distance, nose angle distance and nasal deviation of observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） Conclusion The effect of unilateral cleft lip nose support by orthopedic combined with rhinoplas-ty is obviously, prognosis is good, it is worth to be used.
