护理人员心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士的心身健康状况。方法选取合肥市4所三级综合医院124名临床护士及与其一般人口学资料相匹配的94例对照组，采用焦虑症状自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale，sAs）和抑郁症状自评量表（Self-rating Depression scale，SDS）对两组被试心理健康状况进行调查，并统计分析。结果在SAS量表得分方面，护理组[（54．21±10．16）分]差于对照组[（49．04±7．62）分]，差异有统计学意义（t=4．129，P〈0．000）；研究同时发现护理人员SAS量表得分与护龄呈现出了显著负相关（r=-0．222，P=0．013）。结论临床护士心理健康状况差于正常人。护理管理者应重视临床护士的心理健康。Objective To understand the mental health state of the nurses. Methods A total of 114 clinical nurses in tertiary general hospitals in Hefei were compared with matched 85 controls were investigated via filling out Self-Rating AnxieW Scale and Self-rating Depression scale. Results The nurses had higher scores （54.21± 10.16） in anxieW than controls （49.04±7.62）, There were statistical significant differences between them （t=4.129 ,P〈0.000）. The study indicated the scores of Self-Raring AnxieW Scale for MMT subjects was negative correlation to the age of this job （r=-0.222,P=0.013）. Conclusion The nurses.psychological health level was worse than that of the normal, Administrators should pay at- tention to nursest s mental health.
