摘　　要：目的探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法检测65例卵巢癌、28例良性卵巢肿瘤、28例正常卵巢组织中的ILK表达情况,观察ILK在不同卵巢组织中的表达情况及与病理特征的相关性。结果卵巢癌患者卵巢组织中ILK阳性表达率高于良性及正常卵巢组织中ILK阳性表达率(P<0.05);卵巢癌患者的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移、腹水与ILK表达有显著相关性(P<0.05);卵巢癌患者的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移、腹水是ILK强阳性表达的独立危险因素。结论 ILK表达与卵巢癌分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移、腹水等病理特征显著相关,有望成为卵巢癌诊断、治疗及预后判断的分子学指标。Objective To discuss the expression and correlation of integrin-linked kinase （ILK） in ovarian cancer tissues. Methods The ILK expression in 65 ovarian cancer cases,28 benign ovarian tumor cases,and 28 normal ovarian tissues were tested,the ILK expression in different ovarian tissues and its correlation with pathological features were observed. Results Positive expression rate of ILK in ovarian cancer tissue was higher than that in both benign and normal ovarian tissues （P〈0.05）,the degree of differentiation,clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and ascites among patients with ovarian cancer were of significant correlation with ILK expression （P〈0.05）.Degree of differentiation clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and ascites among ovarian cancer patients were independent risk factors in strong ILK positive expression. Conclusion ILK expression is significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation, clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and ascites,which has been expected to be a molecular marker for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
