摘　　要：通过调查江苏省六所高职院校综合文化素质讲座的开展情况,掌握江苏省高职院校综合文化讲座现状。从学生角度调查分析高职院校综合文化素质讲座现有组织管理模式、主题与形式等方面的现状,研究学生参加讲座的外部决定因素和参加讲座的动因,并根据调查结果对综合文化素质讲座的开展建设提出建议和意见。We investigated the comprehensive cultural quality lectures in six vocational colleges in Jiangsu province from the perspective of students to analyze the organization and management mode, theme and form. We studied the external determinants and motivation of students＇ attending lectures, and put forward suggestions for carrying out the lectures accordingly.
