当代大学生社区志愿服务参与状况调查

摘　　要：采用实证研究方法,对南京3所高校的300名在校学生进行随机抽样调查,发现当前大学生在参与社会志愿服务过程中存在主动性不强、专业服务能力不强、社会支持力度不足,服务长效机制缺失等问题,难以充分激发大学生参与社会志愿服务的参与和创新意识。结合调查数据分析,认为应从加强制度建设,社会支持网络构建,服务能力发展等方面改进大学生志愿服务的能力和质量,为民生为本的社会建设提供更多支持。With empirical research methods, random sampling survey was conducted among 300 students in three colleges in Nanjing, finding the following problems： weak participation initiative, poor professional service ability, insufficient social support, and lacking long-term service mechanism resulting in the difficulty in fully stimulating students＇ participation in social voluntary service and awareness of innovation. Combined with data analysis from the survey, it is held that we should strengthen the system construction, construct social support network, and develop service ability to improve college students＇ voluntary service so as to provide more support for people-oriented social construction.
