基于云模型的零售企业绿色度评价

摘　　要：为准确评价零售企业绿色发展状况,提升其绿色竞争力,通过文本分析、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法首次构建了较全面的零售企业绿色度评价指标体系,并采用专家评判和层次分析相结合的方法确定指标权重,之后利用云模型对长沙大型零售企业绿色度进行了评价。结果表明,零售企业绿色度评价指标体系包括资源节约、环境友好、消费安全、经济绩效4个一级指标和20个二级指标,其中消费安全权重最大,经济绩效权重最小。长沙大型零售企业绿色度整体处于较好等级,而一级指标中经济绩效仅处于一般等级,二级指标中节能技改资金投入、绿色商品销售比例处于较差等级。零售企业在环境友好、经济绩效方面得分的离散程度较大,对环境友好和消费安全内涵的认识模糊。The purpose of this study is to present the results of the green degree evaluation of the commercial retail businesses to search for some instructive criteria to heighten their green environment-protection awareness. It is just from such a goal that this paper has first of all established a comprehensive evaluation index system of the green degree business running for such enterprises through a constituent component analysis, the expert interview and a questionnaire surveys, and then call for the expert evaluation and AHP to determine the weights of each indicative index, which can be done by means of the above said evaluation index system as well as a cloud model （a brand-new evaluation approach） so as for us authors to make the evaluation results as much close to the actual situation as possible. The final results of our investigative evaluation demonstrate that the green degree evaluation index system of such enterprises should consist of four first-level indexes and twenty second-level indexes. Among them, the four first-level indexes include the resource-saving, the en- vironment-friendly, the low-carbon energy saving and the wellmatched economic control measures. Among them, the first-level indexes, the low-carbon energy saving, should be attributed to the greatest proportion in the said evaluation, whereas the economic be- haviors take the least one. The evaluation results also prove that, even if a few large-scale retail enterprises in Changsha found them- selves in the very ordinary grade, they can still be put into the category of well-behaved in their attitude to the green degree environmental protection under survey. The survey results of ours also indicate that there still exist some gaps in the green environment building de- velopment in some such enterprises.
