摘　　要：高校实验室在培养复合应用型人才、推动科技创新过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为机房实验室的管理者和实验教学活动的组织者,机房实验员对机房的维护和管理直接影响到实验教学的效果和学生科创能力的培养。文中从实验准备、机房日常管理、仪器设备的采购、维护、保养等工作方面,对高校机房实验员的职责作了具体的阐述。The university labs play more and more significant roles in culturing talents and technological innovations. As a management of labs and organizer of the experimental teachings, the experimenter＇ s maintenances and managements to the computer rooms will affect the effects of experiment teaching and the culturing of the scientific and technological innovation abilities. In this paper, the duties of the laboratory assistant, such as the preparation of experiment, daily management of computer room and the equipment procurement, maintenance are discussed.
