我校人文选修课教学管理现状与完善路径探析

摘　　要：人文选修课是当今高校教学体系的重要组成部分。人文选修课的功能是使其真正成为对大学生有益的人文课程。为了进一步提高人文选修课的总体教学质量,从我校人文选修课的现状出发,以提升教学质量为根本,以壮大师资队伍为途径,以促进教学改革为动力,对我校人文选修课教学和管理模式等方面进行了论述。Humanities Electives are important part of the college education and their function is to bring benefit to college students. In order to improve the teaching quality of them,this paper provides an analysis of the status quo of humanities electives in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology,in which the promotion of teaching quality is the foundation,the enhancement of teaching faculty is the way,the teaching reform is the motivation,and it explores the teaching and management models as well.
