摘　　要：探索大学生入党积极分子培养模式、构建党员服务群众长效机制是大学生党员教育管理的一项中心工作。介绍了基层党支部创新工作模式——"1511"工程的实施背景、意义、操作方法,希望为大学生入党积极分子培养和服务提供新型平台。One of the key tasks of education and management for undergraduate party members is to explore the training mode and mechanism of serving the people. This paper introduces new work pattern of party branches-＂1511＂mode and its background,significance and operation methods with hope of providing a new platform for training of undergraduate activists of CPC.
