摘　　要：针对中小企业战略转型的风险因素识别问题,提出了一种基于模糊评价的风险因素识别方法。首先,分析并给出了中小企业转型的风险层次结构;然后,依据专家给出的相关信息,给出了基于模糊评价方法的中小企业转型风险因素发生可能性的识别方法,通过该方法可识别值得关注的风险因素;最后,通过一个算例说明该方法的可行性和有效性。With respect to risk factors identification in strategic transformation for small and medium- sized enterprises （SMEs）, a risk identification method based on fuzzy evaluation method is proposed. Firstly, hierarchical structure of various risk factors is analyzed and given. Then, according to relevant information provided by the experts, a method of identifying the occurrence probability of multiple risk factors in strategic transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises is given based on fuzzy evaluation method. Risk factors that deserve special attention can be identified through this method. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
