摘　　要：商务英语信函是商务英语文体的一种次文体形式。本文借助实例,从词汇、句法和语篇三个层面探讨了商务英语信函的文体特征及其翻译,提出了相应的三条翻译原则,并探讨了商务英语信函翻译对译者的要求。Business English correspondence is one of the styles of business English. This article examines, with examples, the stylistic features of business English correspondence and its translation through three aspects ： vocabulary, sentence patterns and discourse. The author also introduces three translation principles and probes into the translation requirements of business English correspondence for translators.
