摘  要:设置不同梯度的干旱胁迫处理,对女贞1年生盆栽幼苗进行干旱胁迫试验,探讨其在干旱胁迫下的叶片相对含水量(RWC),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等生理指标的变化。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的加重,女贞叶片中RWC出现明显下降趋势,SOD活性、POD活性、可溶性蛋白质含量呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,而丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量及CAT活性呈逐渐上升趋势,由此表明,女贞在受到干旱胁迫时通过渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的调节,维持细胞膜的稳定及正常生理活动,并保持较强的抗旱保水能力。The drought stress test on one-year old potted seedlings of Ligustrun lucidum Ait was conducted with different drought stress treatments,so as to study the changes of the responses of RWC,SOD activities,POD activities and CAT activities and so on under drought stress condition.The results showed that RWC decreased with aggravation of drought stress,SOD activities,POD activities and soluble protein content increased firstly and then decreased,and CAT activities,MDA content,proline and soluble sugar content increased.These results strongly suggested that Ligustrun lucidum Ait could maintain a stable and normal physiological activity of cell membranes by adjustment of the osmotic regulation substances and protective enzyme activity when it was subjected to drought stress,and had a strong capacity of drought resistance and water retention.
