胆石性肠梗阻的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：目的:提高对胆石性肠梗阻的重视,尽早明确诊断和治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年-2013年收治的11例胆石性肠梗阻患者的临床病例特点和影像学资料。所有病例均有胆囊结石和胆囊炎病史,并经B超和临床证实,其中7例有胆囊炎反复发作病史,4例患者出现肛门停止排气排便伴反复恶心、呕吐等典型肠梗阻症状。结果:所有病例均经手术治愈,平均住院26天(17-33天)。结论:间歇性肠梗阻是胆石性肠梗阻的典型特征,及时的影像学检查包括B超、CT检查和X线检查有助于早期明确诊断,手术是唯一治疗胆石性肠梗阻的手段。Objective：To improve the gallstone ileus attention, early diagnosis and trealment.Methods： The clinical characteristics and imaging data of 11 gallstone ileus patients in our hospital from 2006 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients had history of gallstone and cholecystitis, and were verified by B ultrasound and c/inical dam. Among them,7 cases suffered recurrent cholangitis; 4 cases appeared typical symptoms of intestinal obstruction, such as stopping defecation, repeated nausea and vomiting.Results：All the patients were cured by operation, and the average hospital stays were 26 days （ 17-33 days）.Conclusions：Intennittent intestinal obslmction is the typical characteristics of gallstone ileus.Timely imaging examination, includes B ultrasound,CT and X-ray, is help for early diagnosis. Operation is the only way for treating gallstone ileus.
