摘 要:鉴于单元式轨道结构对温度的良好适应能力,兰新二线路基段拟采用单元双块式无砟轨道。路基段单元双块式无砟轨道结构在西北地区的适应能力有待考验。首先通过计算不同荷载组合作用下的结构响应检算其结构性能是否满足设计要求;其次,对新型轨道进行裂缝宽度检算;最后,结合现场试验段的长期观测和试验,对6.5m单元双块式无砟轨道的应力应变响应、裂缝发展等进行综合评价。分析发现,路基段6.5m单元双块式无砟轨道在西北地区具有较强的适应能力,推荐兰新二线路基段采用该型结构。In view of the good adaptability of block-type track to temperature ,the segments of subgrade of the Double Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railw ay Line are planned to adopt double-block ballastless tracks . How ever the adaptation of such double-block ballastless tracks to the north west region of China needs to be tested .In this paper ,structural responses of block tracks under different loads were calculated so as to check whether structural performance of such block tracks could meet design requirements .Widths of cracks of the block track structure were inspected and calculated .Combining with long-term field observation and tests ,the stress-strain responses and crack development etc of the 6 .5 m double-block ballastless track were evaluated comprehensively .Analysis shows that the 6 .5 m double-block ballastless track is of good adaptability to the north west region of China and so it is recommended to be used on the Double Lanzhou-Xin-jiang Railw ay Line .
