摘　　要：儿童偏瘫是儿童脑损伤后较常见的一种障碍类型。由于多种原因,偏瘫儿童患侧上肢功能改善比较困难,尤其是患手的功能。近年来提出用于儿童的改良强制性诱导运动疗法,本文就目前此方法在偏瘫儿童康复中的应用情况进行总结。Hemiplegia is a common type of physical disability in children with brain damage. For many kinds of reasons, the outcome of rehabilitation of the affected upper limb is not good enough, especially in the affected hand. Recently, many studies engaged in the modi-fied Constraint-induced Movement Therapy （mCIMT） to explore the child-friendly way of restraint to improve hand function in hemiplegic children, and were summarized in this paper.
