摘　　要：第二次世界大战后,为了经济的振兴,英国积极招募外国的廉价劳工来填补自身劳动力的缺乏。随着大批的移民的不断涌入,英国的民族和种族成分变得日益复杂,社会文化变得格外多元,种族矛盾和冲突日益突出。为了让外来移民更好融入英国社会,促进社会的融合,政府采取了各种政策和措施。文章将英国社会融合政策的演变分为三个时间段来进行阐述,通过解读英国各个时期所实施的社会融合政策,旨在为我国的民族文化政策提供思考和借鉴,进而促进民族的融合和国家的统一。The social integration policy of Britain is divided into three stages in this paper .The first stage is from World War II to 1979;the second stage referred to the period when Britain was governed by Margret Thatcher ;the third stage is from 1997-2010 governed by new Labor party .The study of the Britain’s social integration policy aims at providing a mirror for Chinese eth-nic cultural policy and facilitating the integration and unity of our country .
