摘　　要：榜样教育是思想政治教育的一种重要方法。发挥榜样的作用,影响受教育者的思想、情感和行为有利于实现思想政治教育目标。榜样教育的功能是通过榜样审美而实现的,但在当前的榜样教育中,榜样日益概念化、模式化,失去了真实性和美感。要增强榜样教育的实效性,就必须使榜样的塑造回归审美,榜样的宣传符合审美规律。Role Model Education is an important method of ideological and political education. It helps to realize the goal of ideological and political education to influence the students＂ thoughts, feelings and behaviors while playing the roles of good examples. The function of Role Model Education is implemented through appreciation of the role models. Yet, nowadays Role Model Education is getting more conceptual and flawless, losing authenticity and lacking beauty. In order to strengthen the education effectiveness, it is requisite to retrieve the aesthetic value in shaping and publicizing the role models.
