饲料中添加牛磺酸对中华鳖摄食和生长的影响

摘　　要：在配合饲料中添加不同浓度（0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%）的牛磺酸,饲喂中华鳖稚鳖8周,分析牛磺酸对中华鳖摄食和生长的影响。结果表明院添加0.2%~0.8%牛磺酸均能显著促进中华鳖稚鳖对配合饲料的摄食量,日摄食量与摄食率显著提高（P〈0.05）。添加量为0.2%时,摄食率最高,随着添加量的逐渐增大,摄食率呈现逐渐下降的趋势。添加0.2%和0.4%的牛磺酸能显著提高中华鳖稚鳖的增重率和特定生长率（P〈0.05）。饲料中添加牛磺酸可对中华鳖起到诱食作用,并促进其生长,添加量以0.4%时效果最好。Effects of taurine on ingestion and growth performance of juvenile Pelodisoussinensis was investigated by a feeding experiment. Test diets supplemented with 0,0.2% ,0.4% ,0.6% and 0.8% of taurine were prepared. These diets were fed to juveniles Pelodisoussinensis for 8 weeks.The results showed that supplementation of 0.2%-0.8% taurine in the diet of Pelodisoussinensis improved their ingestive behavior significantly （P〈0.05）. Consumption rate was the best with 0.2% taurine supplementation, and the consumption rate decreased with the increment of tanrine level. Growth performance was significantly （P〈0.05）improved with 0.2% and 0.4% supplementation, and the 0.4% supplementation was the best.
