摘　　要：LI-cadherin是新近发现的钙黏蛋白超家族的成员之一,肝肠钙黏蛋白是依赖Ga2＋的介导细胞与细胞之间黏附作用的跨膜糖蛋白,参与细胞、组织器官和机体机能的维持.LI-cadherin在肝细胞癌的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用,LI-cadherin在肝细胞癌中的高表达导致细胞间黏附作用降低,引起肝细胞癌转移.LI-cadherins are a new member of cadherin superfamily,which transmembrane glycoproteins mediate Ca2 ＋ dependent cell-cell adhesion independent of cytoplasmic interactions.They play an pivotal role during tissue development and are critical for the maintenance of junctional complexes between cells and tissues,LI-cadherin high expression in hepatocellular carcinoma results in the decrease of intercellular adhesion effect,cause hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis.
