系统看待“本科层次”高等职业教育问题

摘　　要：现代职业教育体系建设的推进正在突破高职"专科"层次的发展瓶颈,将"本科"层次高等职业教育问题提上议事日程。行政谋划、院校努力、学术探讨都在热烈进行。而从系统的观点来看,思考的深度、广度还有待开拓。"本科层次高等职业教育"的根基实质上还是传统普通教育的学制模式和框架,未必适合高等职业教育。破除职业教育层次高延瓶颈的改革有待用一种新的思维来引领,以实现创新性、系统性的突破,从而真正构建起我国的现代职业教育体系。这样,由"本科层次高等职业教育"所凝聚起来的问题就会迎刃而解。The construction of modern vocational education system are standing out the bottleneck of associate bachelor level and exploring bachelor level at present. From the view of system, the foundation of bachelor-level higher vocational education is the school system and framework of traditional general education in essence, and it isn＇t necessary adapt to higher vocational education. In order to break through the upgrading of vocational education level and build modem voca- tional education system, it need to develop a new kind of thinking and try to realize breakthrough of innovation and systematization to solve all the problems caused by the development of bachelor level higher vocational education.
