摘 要:在现代职教体系建设的背景下,我国应将应用技术大学作为高职教育学校类型的一种,并置其与普通大学同等地位,在新建本科院校转型的同时允许部分高水平高职院校升格为应用技术大学。应用技术大学定位于办本科及以上层次高职教育,具有学士、硕士、博士学位授予权。基于《国际教育标准分类法(2011)》构建我国高等教育"立交桥",实现高等教育层次和类型相互衔接贯通。随着我国现代职教体系建设步伐的加快,建议要做好各层次各类型教育的衔接贯通,提升专业服务区域经济产业的能力,建设具有高职教育特色的学校文化。Under the background of modern vocational education system construction, China should take University of Ap- plied Sciences as a school type of higher vocational education, give them equal status with general higher university, and guide the newly established universities to transform, support some high level higher vocational colleges to upgrade. Univer- sities of Applied Sciences locate in undergraduate and above the level of higher vocational education, which have the right to confer bachelor, master, and doctor degree. It should also try to construct the "overpass" of higher education based on International Standard Classification of Education (2011), and try to realize cohesion of higher education's levels and types. In modem vocational education system, it should also try to realize cohesion among the levels and types of ed- ucation, improve the ability of specialty serving regional economy, and build the school culture which have the characteris- tics of higher vocational education.
