摘　　要：以湖南省石门县为调查对象发现,我国新型职业农民培育存在农村劳动力整体素质低、培育体系缺乏统筹协调、培训参与率不高等问题。针对这些问题,可采取如下对策:建立新型职业农民准入和保障制度,完善新型职业农民培育多元参与协作体系,储备新型职业农民接班人。Taking Shimen County of Hunan province as the research subject, questionnaires are given out on the current situation of the new professional peasants＇ cultivation, and the results show that some problems existed in the cultivation of new professional peasants including low education quality of rural labor force, the training system isn＇t well-structured, and low participation rate. Aiming at above problems, it can adopt the following measures： set up permission and security system of new professional peasants, improve its multi-participation and cooperation system, reserve successors and inte- grate resources.
