摘　　要：调查发现,地方土建类高校人才培养存在培养方案设计简单、培养目标定位模糊、课程设置不尽合理、教学内容乏陈可新,以及与执业资格脱节等问题。为此,课题组提出,应遵循程序性、符合性、本质性、形成性和实践性的原则,进一步完善地方土建类高校人才培养模式。Investigation shows that, the talent training plan of architectural and civil engineering colleges confront with the probleoms in the aspects of plan contents, training objectives curriculum setup, teaching contents, etc. Based on results, principles of constructing talent training mode are put forward： education program should be making with procedural, talent objectives should be oriented with compliance, curriculum system setting should be returned to natural essence of engineering education, education process should be turned to formative evaluation and faculty construction should be strengthen with practice.
