摘 要:目的:采用HPLC同时测定调经活血片中芍药苷、阿魏酸、金丝桃苷的含量。方法:采用Elipse-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14∶86),流速1.00 mL·min^-1,柱温25℃,检测器DAD,检测波长230 nm(芍药苷),316 nm(阿魏酸),360 nm(金丝桃苷)。结果:芍药苷在160.0~1280.0μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.38%,RSD1.51%;阿魏酸在67.5~540.0μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为98.33%,RSD1.21%;金丝桃苷在17.2~137.6μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率98.71%,RSD1.27%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于调经活血片的质量控制。Objective: The study was aimed to determine the contents of paeniflorin,ferulic acid and hyperoside in Tiaojing Huoxue pills by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic column was Elipse-C18(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid(14∶ 86) as mobile phase. The flow rate was fixed at1. 0 mL ·min^-1,the column temperature was maintained 25 ℃ and the detector was DAD. The detection wavelengths were set at 230 nm,316 nm for paeniflorin,ferulic acid and hyperoside,respectively,the detection wavelength of hyperoside was set at 360 nm. Result: There is good linear relationship within the range of 160. 0-1280. 0 μg for paeniflorin,67. 5-540. 0 μg for ferulic acid,and 17. 2-137. 6 μg for hyperoside. The average revcoveries of paeniflorin,ferulic acid and hyperoside were 98. 38%(RSD of 1. 51%),98. 33%(RSD of1. 21%) and 98. 71%(RSD of 1. 27%) respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Tiaojing Huoxue pills.
