摘 要:目的:探讨子宫内膜癌组织中ALDH1、p53和CyclinE蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测ALDH1、p53和CyclinE蛋白在15例正常子宫内膜组织、80例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达。结果:与正常子宫内膜组织相比较,子宫内膜癌组织中ALDH1和CyclinE蛋白的表达明显升高,p53蛋白的表达明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);并且ALDH1和CyclinE蛋白的表达随组织病理分级和手术病理分期的升高而升高,p53蛋白的表达随组织病理分级和手术病理分期的升高而降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且p53和CyclinE阳性表达率与有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01)。二者之间在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达中呈负相关性(r=0.727,P<0.05)。结论:ALDH1作为一种新的肿瘤干细胞标志物,可能成为诊断子宫内膜癌的新的生物学标志物,p53和CyclinE为判断子宫内膜癌的生物学行为、预测转移趋势及预后提供新靶点。Objective: To explore the expressions of aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 ( ALDH1 ), p53 and CyclinE protein in endometrial cancer and their relationships with elinicopathological characteristics. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of ALDH1, p53 and CyclinE protein in 15 cases with normal endometrium and 80 cases with endometrial cancer. Results: Compared with normal endometrium, the expressions of ALDH1 and CyclinE protein in endometrial cancer increased significantly, p53 protein expression decreased significantly, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the expressions of ALDH1 and CyclinE protein increased with the increases of histological grading and pathological staging, p53 protein expression decreased with the increases of histological grading and pathological staging, there were statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ) ; the positive expression rates of P53 and CyelinE were correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . There was a negative correlation between P53 positive expression rate and CyclinE positive expression rate in endometrial cancer (r = 0. 727, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: As a new tumor stem cell marker, ALDH1 may become a new biological marker for diagnosing endometrial cancer, p53 and CyclinE provide new targets for judging biological behavior, predicting metastasis and prognosis of endometrial cancer.
