摘 要:目的研究不同提取方法对罗仙子提取物体外抗菌活性的影响。方法采用水提法、盐提法、醇提法和碱提法获得罗仙子蛋白提取物,结合K-B纸片琼脂扩散法和TTC微量稀释法比较四种方法所获提取物的抗菌活性。结果碱提法所获提取物产率最高;水提法所获产物出现抑菌圈的浓度小于盐提法、醇提法和碱提法,且大肠埃希菌出现抑菌圈浓度小于金黄色葡萄球菌出现抑菌圈浓度;水提法所获产物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)均小于盐提法和醇提法和碱提法产物,且针对大肠埃希菌的MIC和MBC均小于针对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和MBC。结论水提法、盐提法、醇提法和碱提法均能获得一定量的罗仙子蛋白提取物,其中水提法所获产物的抑菌活性最优,且对大肠埃希菌的敏感性高于金黄色葡萄球菌。Objective To study the effects on the in vitro antibacterial activity of extraction products of Luo Xianzi obtained by different methods. Methods The extraction products of Luo Xianzi were obtained by the methods of water, alkali, salt and alcohol, and then the antibacterial activity was detected by K - B disc agar diffusion method and TFC microdilution method. Results The yield of extracted by alkali was higher than other methods. The Inhibition zone concentration of water extraction products was less than other methods,and the concentration of E. coli was less than Staphylococcus aureus when the Inhibition zone appeared. And also the MIC and MBC were lower than that of other methods in water extraction products treatment group. The MIC and MBC of E. coli were less than Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion The methods of water,alkali,salt and alcohol all could obtain the extrac-tion products of Luo Xianzi. The antibacterial activity of water extraction products was higher than other methods, and the sensitive was more significant in E. coli than in Staphylococcus aureus.
