摘  要:目的分析卷柏挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取卷柏中的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱技术对卷柏挥发油的化学成分进行分析,并用面积归一化法分别计算各组分的相对含量。结果确认卷柏挥发油中16种成分,已鉴定的成分占色谱总出峰面积的95.09%。所分离出的挥发油化学成分中主要含有苯酚及有机酸类化合物,但各物质在含量上有所差别,其中含量最大的为棕榈酸(34.97%),其次为亚油酸(33.09%)、丁香酚(10.08%)、柏木脑(5.11%)等。结论所用方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于中药卷柏挥发油的化学成分分析。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from Selaginella tamariscina( Beauv. )Spring. Methods Distillation extraction method is used for extracting the volatile constituents of SelagineUa tamariscina ( Beauv. ) Spring, The oils obtained were analyzed by GC - MS ,The relative percentage contents of the constituents were determined by GC with area nor- realization method. Results 16 compounds representing 95.09% of the oils were identified, the oil constituents were mainly higher phenols and organic acid, But the substance in the content have a difference. The mainly constituents were n - Hexadecanoic and (34.97%),then the (Z,Z) - 9, 12 - Octadecadienoic acid(33. 09%), Eugenol(10. 08%), Cedrol(5. 11%). Conclusion The method is suitable for analyzing volatile chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine Selaginella tamariscina( Beauv. ) Spring.
