摘 要:目的通过建立肾阳虚大鼠垂体-甲状腺轴和垂体-肾上腺轴相关生物分子的支持向量机模型,探讨肾阳虚过程中甲状腺与肾上腺功能的动态关系。方法肌肉注射氢化可的松复制肾阳虚大鼠模型,分别测定早期、中期和晚期肾阳虚大鼠垂体-甲状腺轴生物分子TSH,T3,T4以及垂体-肾上腺轴生物分子ACTH,CORT的含量,建立TSH,T3,T4与ACTH、CORT之间的支持向量回归机模型,利用模型分析垂体-甲状腺轴与垂体-肾上腺轴生物分子之间的相互调控规律。结果当垂体-甲状腺轴3个生物分子指标值下降时,垂体-肾上腺轴2个生物分子指标值早期明显下降,中期稍有上升,晚期大幅下降;当垂体-肾上腺轴两个生物分子指标值下降时,垂体-甲状腺轴3个生物分子的指标值早期有不同程度的上升,中期下降,晚期较大程度下降。并且所建支持向量回归机模型留一法检验的相对误差都在10%以内。结论垂体-甲状腺轴生物分子与垂体-肾上腺轴生物分子之间的相互调控失衡是肾阳虚的发病机制之一。同时说明支持向量回归机模型能比较准确反映肾阳虚大鼠甲状腺与肾上腺腺功能之间复杂的非线性关系。Objective To explore the dynamic correlations between thyroid and adrenal functions during kidney - “yang” deficiency with support vector machine. Methods The model of kidney - “yang” deficiency was duplicated by intramuscular injection of cortisone. The values of the biomolecules in pituitary-thyroid axis (TSH,T3,T4 ) and pituitary- adrenal axis (ACTH, CORT) on the rats of kidney - yang deficiency were measured in early, middle and late periods respectively. The support vector regression models were set up, and the rules of mutual regulation between thyroid and adrenal were analyzed with support vector regression models. Results The values of 2 biomolecules in pituitary - adrenal axis decreased significantly in the early period, a slight in- crease in the middle period and dropped significantly in the late period, when the values of 3 biomolecules in pituitary- thyroid axis decreased. While the values of 3 biomolecules in pituitary - thyroid axis had different degrees of rising in the early period, decreased in the middle period and dropped significantly in the late period, when the values of 2 hiomolecules in pituitary -adrenal axis decreased. And relative errors of support vector regression models with leave - one - out cross - validation were within 10%. Conclusion The imbalance of the mutual regulation between pituitary - thyroid axis and pituitary - adrenal axis was one of the mechanisms of kidney - “yang” deficiency. And it shows that support vector machine could be used to explore the complicated nonlinear relations between thyroid and adrenal function during kidney - “yang” deficiency.
