摘  要:目的观察独活寄生汤对小鼠的镇痛作用及对血清PGE2、cAMP表达的影响。方法实验设正常组,模型组,独活寄生汤低、中、高剂量组,阿司匹林组。连续给药7 d,正常组与模型组灌服羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC),独活寄生汤低、中、高剂量组分别灌服独活寄生汤0.85,1.70,3.40 g·ml-1,阿司匹林组给予阿司匹林。末次给药后,除正常组,其余各组腹腔注射醋酸溶液制作醋酸致痛的疼痛模型,观察小鼠的扭体反应,同时取小鼠血清采用ELISA的方法检测外周血PGE2、cAMP的浓度。结果独活寄生汤能显著减少小鼠的扭体次数,降低冰醋酸致痛小鼠血清中PGE2和cAMP浓度。结论独活寄生汤对小鼠起到镇痛的作用,其作用机制可能与降低小鼠血清中PGE2和cAMP的浓度有关。Objective To study the analgesia effects of Duhuo -Jisheng Decoction on the acetic acid inducing pain mice and explore the preliminary mechanism. Methods The experiment is set up with blank group,model group, positive group, Duhuo- Jisheng Decoction of low ,middle and high dose groups. Except blauk group ,other groups were abdominally injected acetic acid to set up pain model. The blank and the model group was perfused with 0.5% CMCNa, Duhuo - Jisheng Decoction low, middle and high dose groups were fed with Duhuo -Jisheng Decoction 0. 85 ,1. 70 ,3. 40 g·ml^-1 and the positive group was given aspirin. The analgesic effects were evaluated by the twisting reaction of the mice induced by acetic acid and ELISA assay was used to detect PGE2 and cAMP concentration of the serum. Results Duhuo - Jisheng Decoction can markedly relieve the twisting reaction and decrease the PGE2 and cAMP concentration of the serum. Conclusion Duhuo - Jisheng Decoction has a good analgesia function and the mechanism may relate with its reducing the content of the serum PGE2 and cAMP.
