摘  要:目的:探讨计算机辅助认知训练系统对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者认知功能及功能独立性的影响。方法:将脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者随机分为辅助训练、常规训练组,各30例。所有病例均接受常规内科治疗及康复训练,辅助训练组加用计算机辅助认知训练。所有病例均于训练前后采用简易精神筛查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评定量表(MoCA)、功能独立性量表(FIM)对患者的认知功能及功能独立性进行评价。结果:治疗前,辅助训练组及常规训练组的MMSE、MoCA、FIM评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练8周后,2组的MMSE、MoCA、FIM评分均较前显著提高(P<0.05),其中辅助训练组的改善更加明显,与常规训练组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:计算机辅助认知训练有助于改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能,能整体提高患者的功能独立性。Objective To investigate the computer-assisted cognitive training (CACT) on cognitive functionand functional independence of stroke patients. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups theCACT group and the control group. All patients received routine training. Patients in the CACT group receivedcomputer-assisted cognitive training additionally. Before and after the CACT, the cognitive function and functionalindependence of patients were assessed by MMSE, MoCA and FIM assays. Results Before the CACT, no significantdifferences in the scores of MMSE, MoCA and FIM were found between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). After the CACT,scores of MMSE, MoCA and FIM were improved in both groups, especially in the CACT group, with statisticaldifferences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions CACT can help improve the cognitive function and functional independence instroke patients.
