摘 要:对临床上流行的犬瘟热病毒CDV(ZH-10株)的H基因进行克隆和序列分析。结果显示:H基因全长约为1824bp;CDV ZH-10株与国外的Convac和Onderstepoort疫苗株亲缘关系较远,核苷酸同源性分别为91.3%、91.4%;ZH-10株与国内近期大部分分离株属于野毒株谱系,在基因型上归属Asia-1型。研究揭示了CDV基因型的地域性差异是近年来我国CD流行的一个主要原因,为将来研制出更加有效的CD疫苗奠定了基础。The haemagglutinin (H) gene of the popular canine distemper virus (CDV) of clinical studies (ZH- 10 strain ) was cloned and sequence was analyzed. The results showed that the full length of H protein gene of ZH-10 strain was 1 824 bp,encoded 607 amino acids,contained 9 potential N-glyeosylation sites and 12 cysteine residues. The genetic relationship between ZH-10 and Onderstepoort (91.4% ), Convac(91.3%)was the farthest of all;ZH-10 and the recent isolate strains belonged to wild strain spectrum and Asia-1 type in china. The research revealed that the regional differences of CDV genotype was the main reason that CD had been popular in recent years in china, and laid a solid foundation for developing more effective CD vaccine in future.
